About P.E.A.R.L. Paragon Consulting, LLC
"Ipsa scientia potestas et". Recognize that phrase? Traced back to Sir Francis Bacon, philosopher, statesman, scientist, jurist, orator, and author, it is believed to be the origin of the catch-phrase, "knowledge is power". At least that is the result of a Google search. Regardless, the actual translation is "knowledge itself is power."
Reflecting on my leadership journey, I have found that learning, lifelong learning, to be more exact, is a powerful tool. A catalyst for usable knowledge that transforms individuals and organizations creating a meaningful long-term impact.
Over the past 25 years, I have faced many challenges and lessons along the way. Reflecting on where I've been and the experiences I've had, I compare my journey to that of the birth of a pearl. The process is lengthy, difficult, even violent. The reward in the end is quite amazing and can leave you breathless. From my experiences was born my leadership philosophy, P.E.A.R.L., which I live every single day. Click here to learn more.
I feel a personal responsibility to help others thrive and maximize their potential. It is my vision to help organizations embrace learning and development practices as a key strategy to success. Human capital is the backbone on which successful and thriving businesses are built. Many problems are either created or solved through trust, transparency, interdependent-collaboration, and a strong learning culture or the lack there of. With a knack for seeing what others do not, through P.E.A.R.L. Paragon Consulting I offer a unique skill set to helping companies and individuals with the right solution, right on time.
Whether consulting to help solve a business problem, build an organization's learning culture, or create true team synergy, it's all about people. The more that is known about the Whys, values, competencies, skills, talents, etc. of an organization's human capital, the more likely the right solution will evolve, at the right time.
At P.E.A.R.L. Paragon Consulting, we get business, we get people, and we know how to get the best out of both.
